Our prices are completely inclusive of all materials, hire kit, site entry fees and certification* and one on one tuition in Open Water. There are no hidden extras!

Beginners Courses

Learn to scuba dive!

Learning is easier than most people imagine. All you need is enthusiasm, the ability to swim and average fitness.

There are three options in how you can learn to Scuba dive - you can participate in a Discover Scuba Diving Session which only costs only £25 and involves one pool session with an Instructor. You can undertake part of the full Open Water course here in the UK completing the Pool sessions and the theory and then finish it on holiday or complete the entire PADI Open Water Course right here in the UK. The choice is yours!

All course costs are included in any price quoted unless otherwise stated; there are NO hidden extras. Course costs typically include all materials, certification, air, site and/or boat fees.
 
Course prices are flexible based on student numbers and kit requirements. For discounted group bookings please get in touch. All of our Open Water courses are only ever run "one student to one professional!"

• Bubblemaker (8-10yrs old) - One Pool Session

• Seal team (8-10yrs old) - Six Pool Sessions (Aqua Missions)

• PADI Open Water Referral (Pool and Theory sessions)
• PADI Open Water Diver
• PADI Open Water Gold (inc. dry suit speciality course)

• PADI Open Water Referral upgrade to Open Water Diver
• PADI Scuba Diver upgrade to Open Water Diver

Pre-requisites:

Discover Scuba:
• The ability to swim.
• Minimum age - 8 years old (Bubblemaker Session)

PADI Open Water Courses:
• Reasonable degree of health
• The ability to swim 200m and to tread water for 10 minutes.
• Minimum age - 15 years old (or 10 years old for the Junior Rating).

NB. Minimum ages subject to build and equipment sizing.

Continue Your Education

Continuing the adventure is one of the best moves you can make. The PADI Adventures in Diving and the PADI Rescue Diver programs have some great benefits. By going beyond Open Water Diver course, you can learn additional skills and be more confident in and around the water. You'll continue to develop your dive skills and have a better understand of the aquatic world. Plus you can dive where only divers with advanced training can, gaining valuable experience along the way...

Pre-requisites:

Skills Refresher:
• The PADI Open Water qualification or equivalent.

PADI Adventure Diver / PADI Advanced Open Water:
• The PADI Open Water Diver qualification or equivalent rating (eg. BSAC Sport Diver)
• Reasonable level of fitness.
• Minimum age: 15 years old (Junior, 12 years old).

PADI Rescue Diver:
• The PADI Advanced Open Water qualification or equivalent rating with minimum of 20 logged dives (eg. BSAC Sport Diver)
• First Aid Certification, including CPR (PADI Medic First Aid recommended)
• Reasonable level of fitness.
• Minimum age: 15 years old (Junior, 12 years old)

Speciality Courses

How far would you like to take your diving? It's up to you. With the PADI Specialty Diver Programs you can chart your course for a great collection of dives. Your PADI certification opens up the oceans and lakes to you, but with the PADI Speciality Dives you'll take the underwater adventure to depths that will stir your soul. Achieving PADI Speciality ratings can take anywhere from as little as one day to a full weekend - but this is all hands-on, so you'll be diving right from the start...

Get five specialty ratings and you're on your way to becoming a PADI Master Scuba Diver.

Professional Courses

Become a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and take your career anywhere. As a PADI Professional, you'll be part of the largest, most widely recognized scuba training organization in the world. From Divemaster to Scuba Instructor to EFR (First Aid) Instructor, DM Scuba can help you along the way...

Courses:

• PADI Divemaster
• PADI Assistant Instructor
• PADI Instructor
• EFR (First Aid) Instructor

Pre-requisites:

PADI Divemaster:
• Minimum of 20 logged dives
• PADI Rescue Diver certification
• Current First Aid Certification, including CPR
• Medical Clearance for diving signed by a physician within the previous 12 months

PADI Assistant Instructor / IDC:
• Be a PADI Divemaster or leadership level with another diving organisation
• Minimum of 60 logged dives (showing experience in night, deep and underwater navigation training)
• Submit documentation of CPR and First Aid training within the last 24 months.
• Medical Clearance for diving signed by a physician within the previous 12 months.
• Successful completion of a knowledge and skill pre-assessment (or complete the PADI Divemaster dive rescue assessment if crossing over from another organisation)

To Certify:

Successfully complete your chosen course. For the Divemaster you will need to have obtained 60 logged dives by the end of the course. On successful completion of the PADI IDC, candidates must have proof of 100 logged dives before enrolling on an IE. The minimum age is 18.
